Sisu mixed martial arts focuses on the kickboxing study program of COMBINED martial arts. This includes elements such as Kickboxing, Muay Thai, Tae Kwon Do, Ju-Jitsu, Boxing, Kali, Self Defense and reality-based training.

Our training combines elements from several different martial arts, giving participants (children, youth and adults) an effective training experience. It is a fun, engaging environment where you can enjoy the training with our coaches and instructors.

Our classes are held on Wednesdays for the following groups:

17:15-18:00 Little Ninjas (age 7-9)

18:00 - 18:45 Juniors (age 10-14)

18:45 to 19:45 Adults (age 15+)


We believe that everyone should be given an opportunity to try one of our classes for FREE, so we’re offering you a FREE Kickboxing workout trial lesson first so you can come down, have a go and experience the thrill of a proper kickboxing class without it actually costing you anything.

In your lesson, we will take you through a warm up to include some full body conditioning drills as well as some basic stretching. Thereafter we will partner you up with another student if you come alone, or you can work together if you bring a friend, and we’ll take you through some simple kickboxing drills that you will then practice in turn on focus pads, kicking shields or punch bags (all supplied). This will be a non-contact training session, just fun, interactive and addictive.


Little Ninja's & Juniors

It is our belief that 7-year-olds cannot be taught in the same manner as a 12-year-old and it is for that reason that our kid’s classes are divided accordingly.

  • Little Ninjas (7 – 9 years)
  • Juniors (10 – 14 years)


All our kid’s Kickboxing classes are high energy, fulfilling and most importantly FUN, which is why we believe they are popular.

All our children’s martial arts classes are taught by instructor, Max Bezani who is a certified coach and there are always a good number of coaches and assistant instructors helping out to ensure proper supervision at all times.

We help to develop key skills that will help our students enter society with a more confident and enthusiastic outlook. They will become better students at school, better listeners at home and have a more ambitious outlook towards the future.


Teenager and Adult Classes

Our adult classes are aimed at teenagers (from 13 years) and adults of any age.

We have a great mix of men and women of all ages, of all sizes and of all abilities and although they all have their own reasons for joining our Kickboxing training classes (weight loss, fat burn, get fit, tone up, get stronger, learn a new skill, make new friends etc.) each one of them has the same simple goal in mind… to have some fun. After all, if you don’t enjoy what you do, you won’t stick at it.

Our Class focuses on having LOADS of fun and at the same time building your ‘Core Foundations’. The foundations that you develop at the start of your journey are key to your overall success and enjoyment and will carry you through for many years to come.

You will learn how to move correctly (footwork) with explosive speed and agility to both launch an attack (or multiple attacks) and to avoid being attacked.

You will learn how to punch effectively, using your whole body to generate maximum speed and power in every attack you make.

We will teach you how to kick… and in particular, how to kick well (there is a difference).

And so finally, you will learn how to confidently defend yourself against an attack, be it an actual attack in the street or a simulated attack in the training hall, so you can choose to either deflect it or simply avoid it altogether.
