How do I join?
Pick a membership on this page and press Join now. The button takes you straight to the online shop, where you pay by card, ePassi or Smartum. There is no separate paperwork to do at the gym.
What happens after I have paid?
Your membership is activated through the shop. Download the SisuFitness app and sign in with your member details — it works as your membership card and your door key, and it logs every visit automatically. If you would like someone to show you round the rooms and the equipment, agree a time on 044 978 9941.
How does getting in actually work?
Buy a membership in the online shop, then download the SisuFitness app to your phone. The app works as your door key and logs every visit automatically, and the door opens 24/7, every day of the year, including public holidays. If you would rather not use a phone, the same access works with a key fob. Staff are not on site at every hour, but your access does not depend on that.
What does the membership include?
The gym floor, the group room and the meditation studio, plus door access at any hour. The meditation studio itself is included and there is nothing to book. Showers, changing rooms, lockers and free parking come with it. Sisu Mixed Martial Arts classes, the meditation studio's guided session held once a month (18 €) and Rahanni Healing and Reiki (65 €) are paid for separately and are not part of the membership.
Are there classes in the group room I can turn up to?
There is no fixed public class timetable in the group room. It is a separate space that members book for their own training and small groups, booked at reception where price and availability are agreed. There is more on the group room page.
How do I prove I am a student or a pensioner?
Bring a valid student card or pension decision with you on your first visit. The reduced rate is a rolling membership at 30.99 € a month.
How do I cancel?
The rolling membership can be cancelled at any time and has no notice period. The 12-month membership is a fixed-term contract and runs to the end of the agreed term. The practical steps and the exact terms are set out with the product in the shop, and we are happy to help by phone.
Do you take ePassi or Smartum?
Yes. The shop accepts card, ePassi and Smartum.
Is there a joining fee or a deposit for the key fob?
We are not going to quote a figure we have not verified. If you want to know whether a joining fee or a key fob deposit applies, call 044 978 9941 or ask at the gym before you buy.
Can I try the place before buying a membership?
Yes. The free trial visit costs 0 € and is one visit with no commitment. It is booked in the online shop and arranged through the SisuFitness app, the same way member access works. You can also buy a single visit for 10 € or a ten-visit card for 70 €, whose ten visits the app counts automatically.
Can I change membership later?
Ask us before you buy and we will work out what fits. We have no confirmed guidance on switching between memberships to put on this page, so we are not going to invent any.
