What it is

Coached martial arts training in the group room

Sisu Mixed Martial Arts is coached group training led by Max Bezani, a certified trainer. Classes are held in the group room, and cover kickboxing, kali, taekwondo, ju-jitsu, muay thai, boxing, self-defence and reality-based training.

There are two classes. Juniors, under 13, train on Wednesdays at 6pm, and the session lasts 45 minutes. From 13 you move up to the teens and adults class at 6.45pm, which lasts an hour – so the junior class finishes just as the next one starts.

You do not need any kit to start. Many people choose to buy their own gloves later on. Juniors need a uniform for gradings only, not for ordinary training.

The first class can be a free trial. Ring 044 978 9941 or message the same number on WhatsApp to arrange it.

Classes are paid for separately from membership: juniors 30 € a month, teens and adults 35 € a month. Alongside a card the shop takes ePassi and Smartum. Every membership price is on the memberships and prices page.
