Weight comes off when food, training and routine finally point the same way. SISU 6 puts all three in order over six weeks, with a coach alongside you.

A bright, spacious floor: cardio, plate-loaded machines, a free weights area from 1 to 60 kg, a functional training space and its own stretching area. Kettlebells, sled, bags, monkey bars and foam rollers. It suits someone walking into a gym for the first time just as well as someone who has trained for years.
A separate room: white brick, painted target roundels, aerial silks, a punch bag, medicine balls and a mirror wall. Members use it for warming up, stretching and circuit training. It is also where the martial arts classes and the SISU 6 assessments happen.
A quiet room: brick wall, low light, mats and floor cushions. Included in your membership, and there is nothing to book. Once a month there is also a guided session, 18 €.
Energy healing with Jenni, who is trained in both and qualified as an instructor as well as a practitioner. You stay fully clothed and lie on a treatment couch — no massage, no manipulation.
Classes start again on Wednesday 26 August, coached by Max Bezani. Juniors at 6pm, teens and adults at 6.45pm. The first class can be free, and you need no kit to start.
If you have started and stopped before, the problem was not willpower. It was the absence of a plan. SISU 6 gives you a coach, a programme and weekly accountability for six weeks.

A rolling membership ends after the notice period. A 12-month contract runs for the agreed term. The exact terms are shown with each product in the shop, and we are happy to help at the gym or by phone.
Yes. A free trial visit or a 10 € single visit both work for a guest. Ask at the gym about friend offers as well.
No. We do not provide physiotherapy. What we have is the gym, the group room, the meditation studio, Rahanni Healing and Reiki, and martial arts. If you are rehabilitating an injury, work with a physiotherapist first and come to us to carry on from there.
